Villa Infinity Blue in Saint Martin offers breathtaking views of the ocean and neighboring islands, along with unique and direct private access to the beach of Baie Rouge. This luxurious six-bedroom property features two pools, a Jacuzzi, and ample space for relaxation and dining.
The villa includes numerous facilities for guests to enjoy, such as a pool table, beach volleyball court, gym, and petanque court. Renovated in 2022, Villa Infinity Blue has been redecorated with refined taste and state-of-the-art equipment. Each of the six large bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom.
On the main level, three bedrooms have access to the main pool and terrace. The main swimming pool is located at the entrance, leading to the reception living area. This pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, with optional heating available outside this period for an additional fee. The pool area is fully enclosed for complete privacy and wind-free living, featuring large sunbeds, eight-poster daybeds, lounging areas, and a large fully-fitted outdoor kitchen and bar with a covered dining area seating for 12.
On the lower level, accessible by outside stairs, there are three additional rooms, two of which have direct access to the second pool and the gym. Ideally located in the private and exclusive residential community of Terres Basses, the villa is just a 10-minute drive from shops, restaurants, and bars on both the Dutch and French sides.
Villa Infinity Blue can be rented as a 3, 4, 5, or 6-bedroom villa, making it flexible for different group sizes and preferences.
