How do I book a villa I am interested in?

You can inquire directly through our website about the house you are interested in. Alternatively, contact us by email at contact@coralvillassxm.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What services do we offer?

Our main service is to plan an unforgettable stay for our clients. Included in your stay is a cleaning service and a concierge service to organize your trip and create bespoke experiences.

If you are interested in any service not included in your package, the concierge service will be happy to organize it for you. Please note that non-inclusive services will incur an additional cost to be paid on booking.

What is included in my reservation?

Our team will help from the moment you start planning until the time you check out and make your way back home. Our Coral Villas reservations team will help find the perfect villa for your requirements. On the island, our Coral Villas Guest Experience team will always be ready to answer questions or guide you on the destination.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we offer private airport transfers for our guests. A driver will be waiting for you upon arrival to take you directly to your villa. You can request this service when booking or by contacting our concierge team.

Can I request a private chef?

Absolutely! We can arrange for a private chef to prepare meals tailored to your preferences. Whether you want a one-time special dinner or daily meal preparation, we can accommodate your needs.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the villa and season. Generally, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the terms during booking or contact us for specific details.

Are pets allowed?

Some of our villas are pet-friendly, but policies vary by property. If you’re traveling with a pet, please contact us in advance so we can recommend the best options for your stay.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If you need flexibility with your arrival or departure times, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are there any additional fees or deposits?

Some villas may require a security deposit, which is fully refundable after check-out, provided no damages occur. Additional services, such as chef services or excursions, may also incur extra charges.

Do you offer travel insurance?

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, trip interruptions, or medical emergencies. While we do not provide insurance directly, we can recommend trusted providers.
