About Coral Villas
We are a small team on Sint Maarten. We rent 80 private villas on both sides of the island, match each group to the house that fits it, and look after the practical side of the stay, from the airport transfer to the last dinner.
Thomas Bruijns
Concierge & Guest Experience
Thomas is the person guests talk to before and during a stay: which villa fits the group, which beach suits the day, and who to call when plans change. The chefs, boats and drivers on the concierge list are booked through Thomas.
Carmen Kammerer
Operations Manager
Carmen runs the operational side: arrivals, housekeeping schedules and the villa teams, so that what was agreed before arrival is what is waiting at the door.
Marco Bruijns
Marketing & Technology
Marco looks after the villa portfolio, the owners and the website, including the guides in our journal.
What you can expect from us
Rates in the open
Every villa page shows its weekly rates by season, the minimum stay and the tax on top, before you send a message. The price we quote is built from the same rate sheet.
Three villas that fit, not thirty
Tell us who is coming and what matters, and we come back with three villas that suit the group, with the reasons. If none of them is right, we look again.
What a villa is not
Every villa page has a "Good to know" list: plug types, aircraft noise near the airport, seaweed seasons on the Atlantic beaches. Better you hear it from us before you book.
One team before and during the stay
The people who help you choose the villa are the ones who arrange the chef, the boat and the transfer, and the ones you message if something needs fixing.
