Thomas is the person guests talk to before and during a stay: which villa fits the group, which beach suits the day, and who to call when plans change. The chefs, boats and drivers on the concierge list are booked through Thomas.

Is concierge service included with every Coral Villas booking?

Yes. Planning before you arrive and support during your stay are included with every villa booking. Services such as a private chef, a yacht charter or an airport transfer are billed separately and quoted before you confirm.

When does the planning start?

Once the villa is booked. We ask about arrival times, the group, allergies and anything you are celebrating, and suggest what to reserve early. Over Christmas and New Year the best restaurants, chefs and boats fill up first, so it pays to start early for those weeks.

Can the concierge arrange a private chef in our villa?

Yes. Private chefs are one of our most requested services. We work with independent chefs on the island, from relaxed family meals to tasting menus. Tell us the dates and any dietary requirements, and we send menu options and a quote before anything is booked.

What does grocery pre-stocking cost?

You pay the cost of the groceries plus a handling fee, quoted with your list. Send us a shopping list, or start from our starter list, and the kitchen is stocked before you arrive.

Can you organize yacht charters or day trips to St Barths?

Yes. Day charters to Tintamarre, Pinel and Creole Rock, and trips to Anguilla and St Barths, are among the most popular requests. We match the boat to your group and send a quote with the route. Trips to Anguilla and St Barths need passports for everyone on board.
