Villa Nuit D'Etoiles – Luxury Villa in Terres Basses, Sint Maarten

Villa Nuit d'Etoiles is a newly renovated two-bedroom house tucked into the gated Terres Basses community, built for a couple or a small group who want somewhere private and easy. It rents as one or two bedrooms, which puts it among the lighter prices on this side of the island.

Inside is compact and warm, with a corner sofa and a TV in the living room, a dining area, and a full kitchen. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, each with an open-air shower for a rinse under the sky.

The outdoor space is really the villa. An infinity pool sits at the center, wrapped by wooden terraces set across several levels, so there is a different spot for morning coffee, an afternoon in the sun, and dinner. An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a bar handles the cooking and the evenings.

Set in tropical greenery, it feels like a private pocket, with the beaches and the rest of the island close by. It is the kind of place where the days blur together in the best way.

Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north, where we send guests to Sol e Luna, a restaurant set in a garden. Tell us in advance and we will fill the fridge and keep a cook on call. At $3,400 a week in low season for both bedrooms, Nuit d'Etoiles is a small, easy pick for two: a pool at the center, a bar for the evenings, and wooden terraces to drift between as the day goes.
