About Villa Callisto
Villa Callisto is a three-bedroom contemporary villa in Terres Basses with a chlorine-free infinity pool that lines up with the ocean and the green hills. One of the more affordable ways into the gated neighborhood. Rentable as two or three bedrooms.
Villa Callisto is a three-bedroom contemporary house in the gated Terres Basses community, set on the hillside with the ocean on one side and green hills on the other. It suits a small family or a group of friends, and rents as two or three bedrooms, which keeps it among the gentler entry points to the neighborhood.
The pool is the thing people remember. Callisto has a chlorine-free infinity pool, easier on the eyes and skin, positioned so the water reads as though it runs straight into the sea and the hills beyond. A wide terrace runs alongside it for lounging, dining, or a quiet coffee with the view.
Inside, the layout is open and fully air-conditioned, with the living area flowing out to the terrace. Two of the three bedrooms are reached from inside the house, and the third opens directly onto the covered terrace, which gives that guest a bit more independence. Each has its own en-suite bathroom.
Terres Basses keeps things gated and quiet, with Plum Bay and Baie Rouge both a short drive away. Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north. For dinner out, we send guests to Chez Coco, a lolo on the Marigot waterfront about ten minutes off.
Ask ahead and we will have groceries in and a chef available for the evenings you stay put. Callisto is priced well under most of Terres Basses, at $3,900 a week in low season for all three bedrooms, and the chlorine-free pool lining up with the sea is what tends to sell it.

Good to know
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged.
