About Villa Topaze
Villa Topaze in St. Martin is a modern 3-bedroom villa overlooking Orient Bay, Pinel, and Tintamarre. Can be combined with Villa Turquoze for 7 bedrooms.
Villa Topaze is the three-bedroom half of a modern sister-villa pair in the hills above Orient Bay. Same logic as its bigger twin next door: clean lines, open plan, and a terrace aimed straight at the turquoise water between Pinel Island and Tintamarre.
All three bedrooms sit inside the main living space (no outdoor walkways, no separate wings), which makes Topaze an easy house for a family with kids: everyone's close, and the pool terrace is visible from the living room. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with its own bathroom.
Like its sister, Villa Topaze has its own gym facing the sea, a rare thing at this size. The private pool is surrounded by loungers, and the terrace gets the morning sun; by late afternoon the hill behind takes the light.
Orient Beach is about a 5-minute drive downhill, with calm swimming water and enough beach restaurants to fill a week of lunches. The ferry to Pinel Island leaves from Cul de Sac, about 7 minutes away. Bring the snorkels. Grand Case is roughly 12 minutes north, and Princess Juliana Airport is around 25 minutes by car.
Villa Topaze rents as a two- or three-bedroom, from $4,779 a week in low season: the right size for one family of six, or a group of friends who'd rather spend on dinners at Le Pressoir in Grand Case than on empty bedrooms. Need more space? Book it together with Villa Turquoze and the pair becomes a seven-bedroom estate. Our concierge can arrange the transfer from the airport and have the fridge stocked before you walk in.
The view is the same one the big villa gets. You just pay less for it.

Good to know
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged.
- Rates are per week in US dollars, plus 10% tax and service. A deposit holds the dates; the balance is due before arrival.
- House rules, the security deposit and cancellation terms are set out in the rental agreement for this villa. Parties and events always need the owner's approval in advance.
- The French side uses euros and European 220V sockets, so bring an adapter for US plugs. US dollars and cards are widely accepted.
- Orient Bay faces the Atlantic, and in some months, mostly spring to late summer, sargassum seaweed can wash up on the beach. The west-coast beaches are usually clear then.
- A rental car is the easiest way to get around; driving is on the right on both sides of the island.
