Villa Abaca is a five-bedroom hilltop villa above Anse Marcel, the sheltered bay at the northern tip of Saint Martin, built for a family or a group of ten who want space, privacy, and a view over the green hills down to the sea. It is a calmer, more secluded corner of the island than the busy south.

Inside, the house is bright and open. The living area runs on high-end furnishings and large sliding doors that fold it out onto a wide covered terrace, and the kitchen is fully equipped for a group that likes to cook, with a private chef available for the evenings you would rather be looked after.

The five bedrooms are treated as private suites, each with a king bed, an en-suite bath, and its own step out to the terrace or garden, so a group of couples or a multi-generational family each keeps a proper corner. There is a gym on site for the ones who keep a routine, and the whole property is gated and kept in order with daily housekeeping.
