The house is built to face the ocean. Floor-to-ceiling windows run through the living spaces and open to the breeze, and the sea is in view from more or less everywhere. The interiors are contemporary and uncluttered, letting the water do the decorating.
The infinity pool is the center of it, its edge dropping toward the horizon, ringed by sun terraces and loungers, with an alfresco dining area and a barbecue for the evenings outside. There is direct beach access below for the mornings you want sand rather than tile.
What sets Alma apart is how fully it is looked after. Daily housekeeping and laundry, pool and garden maintenance, and a concierge who will pre-stock the kitchen, arrange a private chef, book tours, and sort transport, all come with the house, and in-villa spa treatments can be arranged. The four bedrooms are equal, each with a king bed, an en-suite bath, and its own access to a terrace or the pool. The whole property is gated with round-the-clock security.
