The bedrooms are arranged for privacy. The master suite is the one to angle for: it has an outdoor shower and its own private terrace with a jacuzzi, good for a soak under the stars. Two more bedrooms open from inside the house over the gardens, and the final two sit on the lower level with their own outdoor entrances, for guests who want to come and go on their own.
The showpiece at Bahia Blue is the roof. A rooftop terrace gives a 180-degree sweep of the surroundings, with sunbeds up top for the afternoon and clear sky for the stars at night. It is the spot most guests end up claiming for sunrise and again at dusk.
Baie Rouge is a short drive away, Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north. For dinner out, we send guests to Rainbow Cafe, a beachfront table on the Grand Case waterfront. Our concierge can stock the fridge and set up a chef before you arrive. From $5,200 a week in low season for all four bedrooms, Villa Bahia Blue rewards guests who like to climb to the top of the house for the best seat.
