Villa No Limit – Luxury Villa in Terres Basses, Sint Maarten

Villa No Limit sits on a low hillside in Terres Basses, the gated community on the far western tip of the island, and the whole house is angled at one thing: the sunset over Baie Longue. The infinity pool points straight at it. By six o'clock, guests stop whatever they're doing.

Inside, three bedrooms of equal size, each with a king bed and its own bathroom — nobody draws the short straw here. Large windows keep the sea in view from most of the house, and the open living area flows out to the terrace. The best spot isn't a bedroom, though — it's the wooden sundeck, where a shaded pavilion and a full outdoor bar keep everyone by the pool from morning coffee to the last drink at sunset.

The kitchen is set up for real cooking, though the terrace is where the food gets eaten: ocean views come standard with breakfast.

Baie Longue — the longest beach on the island — is a short drive down the hill, and Baie Rouge is close by the other way. Princess Juliana Airport is roughly 15 minutes by car. For dinner out, Mario's Bistro is the closest good table; for everything else, the concierge can stock the fridge before you arrive and arrange a chef for sunset dinners at home.

Starting at $3,900 a week in low season, Villa No Limit is one of the most accessible ways into Terres Basses — a neighborhood where that's not a common sentence. It's the right villa for a couple or a small family that wants the gated-community quiet and the view, without paying for bedrooms they won't use. It also rents as a two-bedroom.
