Villa Petite Plage 5 is a six-bedroom beachfront house on Petite Plage, the calm cove at the top of Grand Case, with a private infinity pool overlooking the sand and the sea and Rocher Creole in front. It sleeps up to twelve and is built for a large family or group who want a proper Grand Case address with the beach at the door.
Each of the six bedrooms is its own retreat, with high-end furnishings, its own terrace, and views of the water. Two have outdoor showers and three have deep tubs, and the master sits upstairs with a private terrace and the best of the sea view. A separate studio at the entrance adds a flexible room for extra guests or staff.
The infinity pool runs along the terrace above the beach, heated from mid-December through the start of May, with a sea-facing jacuzzi beside it for the evenings. The air-conditioned living areas are generous and made for a group to gather, and the kitchen is equipped for cooking together or hosting a long dinner.
Being on Petite Plage means the quiet end of Grand Case, a short walk from the restaurant row that gives the town its name as the gourmet capital of the Caribbean. For a night out on the sea side of the strip, Ocean 82 is the fine table with its feet nearest the water, and our concierge can hold the table and arrange whatever else the group needs.
Low-season weeks start at $32,760 for the six bedrooms. Twelve people, six terraces, and an upstairs master with the whole bay to itself: Petite Plage 5 is the big-group version of a Grand Case beach house, sand at the door and the restaurants a walk away.
