Renovated in 2022, it sleeps up to twelve and rents as three, four, five, or six bedrooms, which suits everything from a couple of families to a full reunion.
The house is built around two pools. The main one sits at the entrance, heated from mid-October to mid-April, fully enclosed for privacy, with sunbeds and eight-poster daybeds around it. A second pool sits by the gym on the lower level. There is an outdoor kitchen, a bar, and a covered dining area that seats twelve, so a big group eats together outside.
Three bedrooms are on the main level with direct pool and terrace access, and three more sit on the lower level, two of them opening onto the second pool. All six are en-suite and generously sized.
For guests who like to stay busy, there is a pool table, a beach volleyball court, a petanque court, and the gym. The grounds are wrapped in tropical planting for privacy, and both the French and Dutch sides are within about ten minutes, so shops, bars, and restaurants are close.
For dinner out, we send guests to Le Sand on Baie Nettle, an easy beachfront table nearby. Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car. For a house this size we will provision the kitchen and put a chef on standby before you arrive. Low-season weeks run $14,455 for all six bedrooms; two pools, a private path down to Baie Rouge, and a court for every mood make it a house built to keep a big group busy and apart in equal measure.
