Villa Ski Beach – Luxury Villa in Nettle Bay, Sint Maarten

Villa Ski Beach is a one-bedroom beachfront condo in the gated Nettle Bay Beach Club, and one of the most affordable ways to stay right on the sand with Coral Villas. It is built for two, a couple after a quiet, easy week where the beach starts at the edge of the deck.

The condo is small and done in a calm palette of lilac and white, fully air-conditioned, with an open living area and an American-style kitchen for the meals a couple actually cooks. The bedroom has its own en-suite bath, and large windows keep the whole place bright and moving with the sea breeze.

The deck is the point of Ski Beach. It sits right on the sand, feet-in-the-sand access in the literal sense, so morning coffee, a quiet lunch, or a sunset drink all happen a few steps from the water. When you want a change from the beach, the Beach Club has four shared pools across the grounds.

The whole resort is gated with round-the-clock security, which makes it an easy first trip to the island or a simple lock-and-leave for a couple who would rather not think about logistics.

For dinner, La Cigale sits along the same Baie Nettle sand, an elegant French bistro that has been on this beach for years and is a short walk or a two-minute drive away. Our concierge can book the table and sort anything else you need.
