About Villa The Beach House
Villa The Beach House is a 3-bedroom boho-coastal villa on Cul de Sac Bay with a private dock, kayaks to Pinel Island, and a heated pool over the bay. Sleeps six.
Cul de Sac is a quiet fishing bay on the French side of Saint Martin and the jumping-off point for Pinel Island, a small uninhabited cay with a beach restaurant and some of the clearest water on the island. Villa The Beach House has its own private dock on the bay, with kayaks for making the crossing whenever the mood takes you. It is a three-bedroom villa for six, and it lives up to its name.
The interior takes real effort to put together and looks effortless: white plaster walls, natural rattan lampshades, woven-basket wall art, and warm sand-toned textiles, coastal without being cliched and artisanal without being precious. Each king-sized bedroom is air-conditioned with its own bathroom, and the master faces the water with direct ocean views. A fully equipped kitchen with a large island is the social center of the house, its wide sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace.
The heated pool sits on a raised terrace facing the bay, with a covered dining area and a gazebo alongside. The view takes in Cul de Sac Bay, Pinel Island in the middle distance, and the open Atlantic beyond.
Grand Case, Saint Martin's restaurant strip, is under fifteen minutes away, and for a dinner out Le Cottage there is a long-running French table in the heart of town. Our concierge can book it, arrange the boat or a car, and stock the kitchen before you arrive.
Low-season weeks start at $5,803 for the three bedrooms. Mornings set the tone at The Beach House: a kayak slid off the private dock, a flat calm bay, Pinel a few hundred strokes away across the water.

- Rates are per week in US dollars, plus 10% tax and service. A deposit holds the dates; the balance is due before arrival.
- House rules, the security deposit and cancellation terms are set out in the rental agreement for this villa. Parties and events always need the owner's approval in advance.
- The French side uses euros and European 220V sockets, so bring an adapter for US plugs. US dollars and cards are widely accepted.
- Cul de Sac faces the Atlantic, and sargassum can collect in the bay in some months; Pinel Island is a short boat ride away.
- A rental car is the easiest way to get around; driving is on the right on both sides of the island.
