Villa Azur Dream is a recently renovated seven-bedroom estate near Baie Rouge in Terres Basses, with an ocean-view gym, a seasonally heated pool, and beach access. Sleeps fourteen and rents from four to seven bedrooms.
Villa Azur Dream is a seven-bedroom estate in Terres Basses, a short walk from Baie Rouge on the island's western tip. Recently renovated, it sleeps up to fourteen and rents as four, five, six, or seven bedrooms, which makes it a straightforward answer for a big family or a group of friends traveling together.
The bedrooms split across two levels: five on the upper floor and two below, the lower pair giving one branch of the group or a set of friends their own quieter corner. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and the windows keep Baie Rouge and the sea in view.
What Azur Dream adds beyond the bedroom count is a proper gym with an ocean view, so a morning workout does not mean driving anywhere. The heated pool is warmed from mid-October to mid-April, handy for a winter trip, and a hot tub, a BBQ, and beach gear round out the outdoor side. Two indoor dining areas handle a full house at dinner.
Baie Rouge, a wide beach known for calm morning water, is a short walk away, and beach access and water-sports gear come with the villa. For dinner out, we send guests to Rosemary's in Marigot, a waterfront table about ten minutes off. The airport is roughly fifteen minutes by car, Grand Case about twenty-five to the north.
Say the word and the kitchen is stocked and a cook lined up for the group. Low-season weeks start at $11,000 for all seven bedrooms, a straightforward pick for a big group: space to split up, Baie Rouge on foot, and an ocean-view gym that actually gets used.

- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged.

- Terres Basses is residential and gated: for groceries and most restaurants you drive out to Marigot, Simpson Bay or Grand Case, or have a chef come to the villa.
- A rental car is the easiest way to get around; driving is on the right on both sides of the island.
