It sleeps up to fourteen and rents as six or seven bedrooms, built for a large family, a group of friends, or a celebration that wants a private resort on the sand.
The house is organized around a wide central terrace, where a heated infinity pool runs toward the sea, with a jacuzzi and two gazebos for shade and sunset dinners. Six of the seven bedrooms open straight onto this terrace, including two master suites; the seventh sits in its own separate wing for a couple or family who want more distance. All are en-suite with ocean views.
What Le Reve packs in is unusual. There is a private regulation tennis court, a spa pavilion with a massage room, a billiard room, a full gym, and a lower-level home theater with a movie library, so a group of fourteen can spend a rainy afternoon, an early morning, and a late night without leaving the gate.
Baie Rouge is right out front, with direct private beach access from the terrace, and the sunsets that come with a west-facing beach. A private chef can be arranged, along with water-sports gear and bikes.
Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north, where we send guests to Ocean 82, the fine-dining table on the water. A private chef, the transfers, and a stocked kitchen are set up in advance for a group this size. Low-season weeks run $47,500 for all seven bedrooms; between the beach out front, the tennis court, the spa pavilion, and the cinema below, fourteen people can go a week without leaving the gate and never run out of things to do.
