About Villa Le Rêve
Villa Le Reve is a seven-bedroom beachfront estate on Baie Rouge in Terres Basses, with a heated infinity pool, a private tennis court, a spa pavilion, a home theater, and a gym. Rentable as six or seven bedrooms.
Villa Le Reve is a seven-bedroom beachfront estate in the gated Terres Basses community, set directly on Baie Rouge, one of the island's best beaches. It sleeps up to fourteen and rents as six or seven bedrooms, built for a large family, a group of friends, or a celebration that wants a private resort on the sand.
The house is organized around a wide central terrace, where a heated infinity pool runs toward the sea, with a jacuzzi and two gazebos for shade and sunset dinners. Six of the seven bedrooms open straight onto this terrace, including two master suites; the seventh sits in its own separate wing for a couple or family who want more distance. All are en-suite with ocean views.
What Le Reve packs in is unusual. There is a private regulation tennis court, a spa pavilion with a massage room, a billiard room, a full gym, and a lower-level home theater with a movie library, so a group of fourteen can spend a rainy afternoon, an early morning, and a late night without leaving the gate.
Baie Rouge is right out front, with direct private beach access from the terrace, and the sunsets that come with a west-facing beach. A private chef can be arranged, along with water-sports gear and bikes.
Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north, where we send guests to Ocean 82, the fine-dining table on the water. A private chef, the transfers, and a stocked kitchen are set up in advance for a group this size. Low-season weeks run $47,500 for all seven bedrooms; between the beach out front, the tennis court, the spa pavilion, and the cinema below, fourteen people can go a week without leaving the gate and never run out of things to do.

- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged.
- Rates are per week in US dollars, plus 10% tax and service. A deposit holds the dates; the balance is due before arrival.

- The French side uses euros and European 220V sockets, so bring an adapter for US plugs. US dollars and cards are widely accepted.
- Terres Basses is residential and gated: for groceries and most restaurants you drive out to Marigot, Simpson Bay or Grand Case, or have a chef come to the villa.
- A rental car is the easiest way to get around; driving is on the right on both sides of the island.
