Villa Sandyline – Luxury Villa in Terres Basses, Sint Maarten

Villa Sandyline is a seven-bedroom estate spread across five acres in the gated Terres Basses community, one of the larger private compounds on the island. It sleeps up to fourteen and rents anywhere from three to seven bedrooms, built for a big family, a group of friends, or a celebration that wants room and facilities to match.

The grounds are the story. There are two heated swimming pools, a lit tennis court for a game after dark, a one-hole putting green, a bocce court, a gym, and a koi pond for the quieter corners. A group this size rarely runs out of things to do without leaving the gate.

The six main bedrooms are spacious and en-suite, and a smaller seventh works for a nanny or staff, which gives families and larger groups the flexibility they need. The interiors are elegant and comfortable, built around the outdoor life the estate is really about.

A professional chef is included, cooking breakfast and either lunch or dinner (groceries billed separately), so most days you eat at home, by the pool or inside, without lifting a finger.

Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north. For a night out, we send guests to Chez Coco, a lolo on the Marigot waterfront about ten minutes away. The chef comes with the house; we take care of transfers and provisioning around the staff. At $36,500 a week in low season for all seven bedrooms, Sandyline hands a big group five acres to spread across: two heated pools, a putting green, a koi pond, and a tennis court you can still play under the lights.
