About Villa Mes Amis
Villa Mes Amis is a 14-bedroom clifftop estate on the Falaise des Oiseaux in Terres Basses, two interconnected villas across roughly seven acres, with a heated infinity pool, a cliffside jacuzzi, and a pool bar. Sleeps 28 and rents from seven to fourteen bedrooms.
Villa Mes Amis is the largest house in the collection: fourteen bedrooms across two interconnected villas, set on roughly seven acres of clifftop on the Falaise des Oiseaux in Terres Basses. It sleeps up to twenty-eight and rents anywhere from seven to fourteen bedrooms, which makes it a real answer for a big reunion, a wedding party, or a company off-site.
The estate is built along the cliff edge, looking out to Anguilla and the sunset. The oceanfront terrace is the center of it all, with a heated infinity pool, a jacuzzi set into the cliff, a poolside bar, and enough separate lounge and dining areas that a group of twenty-eight never has to pile into one space. It was fully renovated in 2018.
Inside, the main villa opens through walls of glass onto that terrace, with a formal dining room and a chef's kitchen built for cooking at scale. The bedrooms are ocean-view sanctuaries, most with both indoor and outdoor showers. The master is the standout, with a private terrace, a walk-in closet, and a marble bathroom with a glass-walled shower looking straight out to sea.
Because a group this size usually eats in, the kitchen and a private chef do most of the heavy lifting; when you head out, Grand Case and its restaurant row are a short drive north, and we send guests to Le Pressoir for a proper dinner. Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are close by.
The estate comes staffed; we coordinate the chefs, provisioning, and transfers for the group nights. Low-season weeks start at $35,000 for the full fourteen bedrooms. This is the house for the occasion that needs its own estate: seven clifftop acres, two villas, and a jacuzzi cut into the rock to watch the sun drop toward Anguilla.

- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged.

- The French side uses euros and European 220V sockets, so bring an adapter for US plugs. US dollars and cards are widely accepted.
- Terres Basses is residential and gated: for groceries and most restaurants you drive out to Marigot, Simpson Bay or Grand Case, or have a chef come to the villa.
- A rental car is the easiest way to get around; driving is on the right on both sides of the island.
