Villa Casa de la Playa is a stunning 5-bedroom beachfront villa located on perhaps the most coveted stretch of beach in French St. Martin. Palatial wrought iron entrance gates and a long meandering driveway flanked by manicured lawns and verdant tropical gardens lead to the impressive main entrance, revealing a stunning view over the beautiful blue-tiled pool and the Caribbean backdrop.

The interior space centers around the Great Room, featuring vaulted hardwood ceilings made of Brazilian cherry and large sliding glass doors that open to expansive covered terraces and an al-fresco dining area. The Great Room includes a grand piano, billiard table, and a TV viewing area with a large screen and surround sound connected to a main Apple theatre system with over 700+ downloaded movies and current TV shows. A fully equipped office off the Great Room includes a Mac desktop computer and printer for guest use.

Overlooking the pool terrace and the ocean, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with professional-grade appliances for the most accomplished chefs. Meals are prepared and served by an in-house French chef and waiter. The villa offers over 400 feet of stunning west-facing beach views, visible from the terrace and the freeform infinity pool with a diving board. A rooftop patio with a built-in daybed offers perfect views of neighboring islands Saba, St. Eustatius, and St. Kitts. Outdoor movie viewings from the villa's garden can be arranged by the caretaker, allowing guests to watch recent releases under the stars.

The five-bedroom suites are designed to enjoy beach views from their private access under the covered terrace. The main suite, secluded from the Great Room, includes 800 sq. ft. of interior space with a large en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and an immense rain shower. The four other bedrooms, two on each side of the Great Room, offer similar amenities with large garden-view en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom is designed for families, providing two double beds for children.

Located in the exclusive gated community of Terres Basses on the French side of St. Martin, on the same beach as the famed La Samanna resort, Villa Casa de la Playa is only 15 minutes from Juliana International Airport, 15 minutes from the quaint Creole town of Marigot, and a further 15 minutes from Grand Case, Hope Estate, and Cul de Sac.
