About Villa Imagine
Villa Imagine is a five-bedroom hilltop villa in Terres Basses with a view over the Simpson Bay Lagoon and an infinity pool, minutes from both the French beaches and the Dutch side. Rentable as four or five bedrooms.
Villa Imagine sits on a hilltop in Terres Basses, and the difference from its neighbors is the view: instead of open sea, it looks out over the Simpson Bay Lagoon, a calmer, ever-changing outlook of water and hills. It is a five-bedroom house for a family or a group of friends.
The position is the other advantage. From here you are minutes from the French-side beaches, Baie Longue, Plum Bay, and Baie Rouge, and also close to the Dutch side: Porto Cupecoy, the Mullet Bay golf course, and the nightlife at Maho are all a short drive, which makes Imagine a good base for a group that wants a bit of everything.
The five bedrooms are equal in size, each en-suite, and the house can also drop to four bedrooms for a smaller party. The interiors are open and modern, built to keep the light and the view moving through the living space.
The infinity pool is the centerpiece of the terrace, reading as though it runs into the landscape, with room around it to sunbathe and dine outside. Housekeeping is included three times a week on stays of seven nights or more.
Marigot and its markets are ten minutes down the hill, the airport about fifteen, and Grand Case's dining street twenty-five minutes north, where Sol e Luna, set in a hillside garden, is the pick for an evening out. Tell us your dates and we will have the kitchen stocked and a chef lined up before you arrive. Low-season weeks run $6,300 for all five bedrooms, and the draw of Imagine is the split outlook: the calm of the lagoon in front of you, and both sides of the island a short drive away.

Good to know
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged.
- Rates are per week in US dollars, plus 10% tax and service. A deposit holds the dates; the balance is due before arrival.

- The French side uses euros and European 220V sockets, so bring an adapter for US plugs. US dollars and cards are widely accepted.
- Terres Basses is residential and gated: for groceries and most restaurants you drive out to Marigot, Simpson Bay or Grand Case, or have a chef come to the villa.
- A rental car is the easiest way to get around; driving is on the right on both sides of the island.
