About Villa Mirabelle
Villa Mirabelle is a five-bedroom villa in Terres Basses with lagoon views, a private beach and dock, and Baie Rouge 300 meters away. Rentable from three to five bedrooms.
Villa Mirabelle is a five-bedroom house in the gated Terres Basses community, set on the lagoon with its own private beach and dock, and Baie Rouge, one of the island's best beaches, just 300 meters away. It sleeps up to ten and rents from three to five bedrooms, built for a family or a group who want the water at the door.
The lagoon is the setting and the draw. A private dock runs out over the water for a swim, a paddle, or a quiet hour at the edge, and the private beach gives you a patch of sand of your own before you even walk to Baie Rouge.
Inside, the living room and a covered terrace both open to the lagoon view, and the kitchen opens onto the terrace so meals come with the outlook. The five bedrooms all face the lagoon, each with a king bed, a dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom. One opens onto the terrace and pool, and another has its own private terrace with a seating corner.
Outside, the pool sits among tropical planting with the dock beyond, room to swim, dine outside, or sit by the water at the end of the day. It is a house organized around the lagoon and the beach a few steps past it.
Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north. For dinner out, we send guests to Tropicana on the Marigot marina, about ten minutes away. The kitchen can be stocked and a chef booked before you arrive. At $8,800 a week in low season for all five bedrooms, Mirabelle is the one with the water at both ends, a private dock and a patch of sand on the lagoon, and Baie Rouge 300 meters around the corner.

Good to know
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged.
- Rates are per week in US dollars, plus 10% tax and service. A deposit holds the dates; the balance is due before arrival.
- House rules, the security deposit and cancellation terms are set out in the rental agreement for this villa. Parties and events always need the owner's approval in advance.
- The French side uses euros and European 220V sockets, so bring an adapter for US plugs. US dollars and cards are widely accepted.
- Terres Basses is residential and gated: for groceries and most restaurants you drive out to Marigot, Simpson Bay or Grand Case, or have a chef come to the villa.
- A rental car is the easiest way to get around; driving is on the right on both sides of the island.
