Villa Sea Vous Play – Luxury Villa in Terres Basses, Sint Maarten

Villa Sea Vous Play sits on a hillside in the gated Terres Basses community, looking out over Baie Longue and the Caribbean beyond. It is a four-bedroom house that rents from two to four bedrooms, a comfortable, easygoing base for a family or a group of friends.

The layout is open-plan: the living room and a full kitchen flow onto a large covered terrace with a dining area and a BBQ, so meals and downtime happen with the view in front of you.

All four bedrooms are equal in size, air-conditioned and en-suite, and each opens directly onto the pool terrace. Three have king beds and the fourth has two singles, which makes the house easy for a family with kids or a group that needs to mix up the sleeping.

The pool terrace is the center of the stay, set to take in the ocean and the sweep of Baie Longue below, with the long west-facing sunsets this hillside gets. It is an unfussy, comfortable house rather than a showpiece, which is the appeal.

Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north, where we send guests to Le Cottage. Baie Longue itself is a short drive down. We can have groceries in and a cook lined up for whichever nights you want one. At $5,200 a week in low season for all four bedrooms, Sea Vous Play keeps it simple: the sweep of Baie Longue from the terrace, and four equal bedrooms that all step straight out to the pool.
