About Villa Wellness
Villa Wellness is a five-bedroom villa in Terres Basses with a saltwater infinity pool, a private air-conditioned gym, an outdoor shower off every bedroom, and lagoon views. Combines with Villa Enjoy for seven bedrooms. Rentable as four or five bedrooms.
Villa Wellness is a five-bedroom house in the gated Terres Basses community, and it lives up to its name: it is built around health and downtime, with a private air-conditioned gym, a saltwater infinity pool, and a lagoon-side deck for the quiet end of the day. It rents as four or five bedrooms.
The living space is open and modern, with a Sonos sound system running through it and a chef's kitchen set up for cooking or for a private chef. The five bedrooms each have a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and their own outdoor shower, so a rinse under the open sky is never more than a few steps away.
Outside is where the wellness theme lands. The saltwater infinity pool is easier on the skin than a chlorine one and looks out over the lagoon, and a private deck runs down to the water for morning coffee or a sunset. Covered and open lounge areas, ceiling fans, and a shaded BBQ cover the rest of the outdoor day.
For a larger group, Villa Wellness combines with Villa Enjoy next door into a seven-bedroom setup, which works for an extended family, a reunion, or a wellness retreat that wants everyone together. A daily refresh cleaning keeps the place in order through the stay.
Princess Juliana Airport is about fifteen minutes by car, and Grand Case is roughly twenty-five minutes north, where we send guests to Rainbow Cafe on the Grand Case waterfront. We can stock the kitchen and line up a chef, or a spa or trainer session, before you arrive. At $8,800 a week in low season for all five bedrooms, Wellness is the one built around slowing down: the saltwater pool, the private gym, an outdoor shower off every room, and the lagoon deck to end the day on.

Good to know
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals can sometimes be arranged.
- Rates are per week in US dollars, plus 10% tax and service. A deposit holds the dates; the balance is due before arrival.
- House rules, the security deposit and cancellation terms are set out in the rental agreement for this villa. Parties and events always need the owner's approval in advance.
- The French side uses euros and European 220V sockets, so bring an adapter for US plugs. US dollars and cards are widely accepted.
- Terres Basses is residential and gated: for groceries and most restaurants you drive out to Marigot, Simpson Bay or Grand Case, or have a chef come to the villa.
- A rental car is the easiest way to get around; driving is on the right on both sides of the island.
