Tell us about the trip

Three villas that fit
We check availability with the owners and send three options with their rates, and why each one fits your group.

Agreement and deposit
You sign the rental agreement for the villa you choose and pay a deposit to hold the dates. The balance is due before arrival.

The concierge takes over
Transfers, a stocked kitchen, a chef for the first night: we arrange what you ask for and stay reachable throughout.

The island at a glance
Villa rentals in St Martin and Sint Maarten
Sint Maarten is the Dutch side of the island and Saint-Martin the French side: one island of about 34 square miles, two countries, and a border most guests cross without noticing. Flights from New York, Miami, Atlanta, Boston and other US cities land at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) on the Dutch side. US dollars are used everywhere on the Dutch side; the French side runs on euros, and most restaurants take cards on both.
Where you stay shapes the week more than the villa does. Terres Basses, on the French side, is a gated peninsula of large houses with no hotels and three quiet beaches, fifteen minutes from the airport. Orient Bay is the long Atlantic beach with the beach clubs and water sports. On the Dutch side, Beacon Hill puts you minutes from the airport and the Simpson Bay restaurants, and Indigo Bay is a newer gated estate near Philipsburg.
Every stay includes our concierge, who plans the practical side with you and stays reachable during the week; chefs, boats, drivers and spa treatments are arranged on request and quoted before you confirm. Rates are weekly, in US dollars, by season, and many villas are priced by the number of bedrooms you use. Holiday weeks around Christmas and New Year book first.
